Download and fill out the return form or print it and include it with the shipment. Completing the form will allow us to speed up the process of identifying the returned goods and refunding the funds to your account.

We do not accept shipments requiring payment upon delivery of the goods (COD).

Goods Exchange

Goods exchange takes place on the basis of withdrawal from the agreement (return) of the unsuitable product and placing a new order for the correct product. Please send all car details, including the VIN chassis number, to help us in the process of selecting the correct products.

Legal Basis

Based on the Act on Consumer Rights of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws 2014 item 827, as amended), goods can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the shipment. In accordance with the Act, the goods must be sent back within 14 days from the day of withdrawal from the agreement. The refund of funds to your account will occur within 14 days of receiving the product. The model form for withdrawal from the agreement is available for download on our website avco-partner.com. The completed model can be sent via traditional post or electronically. The consumer is responsible for the diminished value of the product resulting from using it in a manner exceeding what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product. The right to withdraw from a distance agreement does not apply to the consumer in relation to agreements:

  • for the provision of services, if the Seller has fully performed the service with the consumer's express consent, who was informed before the start of the service that after the Seller has fulfilled the service, they will lose the right to withdraw from the agreement;

  • where the price or remuneration depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the Seller has no control, and which may occur before the expiry of the deadline to withdraw from the agreement;

  • where the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated Product, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or serving to satisfy their individualized needs;

  • where the subject of the service is a Product subject to rapid deterioration or having a short shelf life;

  • where the subject of the service is a Product supplied in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening the package due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the package was opened after delivery;

  • where the subject of the service are Products which, after delivery, due to their nature, become inseparably connected with other goods;

  • where the subject of the service are alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the conclusion of the Sales Agreement, and whose delivery can only take place after 30 days and whose value depends on market fluctuations over which the Seller has no control;

  • where the consumer has explicitly requested the Seller to come to them to carry out urgent repair or maintenance; if the Seller provides additional services other than those requested by the consumer, or supplies Products other than spare parts necessary for the repair or maintenance, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement in relation to the additional services or Products;

  • where the subject of the service are sound or visual recordings or computer programs supplied in a sealed package, if the package was opened after delivery;

  • for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of a subscription agreement;

  • concluded by way of a public auction;

  • for the provision of services in the field of accommodation, other than for residential purposes, carriage of goods, car rental, catering, services related to leisure, entertainment, sports or cultural events, if the agreement specifies a date or period of service provision;

  • for the supply of digital content that is not recorded on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer's express consent before the expiry of the deadline to withdraw from the agreement and after informing them by the Seller about the loss of the right to withdraw from the agreement.
